  • Also, here is a link on some re-hab type stretches you can do. Go get you a long stretchy band. Just doing the stretches my orthopedist gave me, twice daily, for a few days made all the difference. My knee already started feeling stronger. http://orthoinfo.aaos.org/PDFs/Rehab_Knee_6.pdf

  • Any Special K cereal is super tasty with a 1/2 cup of skim milk. I will also eat a 1/2cup (dry) of Quaker Multi-Grain Hot Cereal. I will put some McCormick Pumpkin Spice and one splenda packet for flavor. Both fill me up well, but esp. the Quaker oats! Good luck finding your breakfast niche =)
