Congrats to you, that is awesome!!

I did two days of level 2 and somehow I killed myself! I'm going to have to take a day or so to recover because my knees and quads are killing! I want to make sure I don't get an injury. I wasn't even sore after the first day, so this is a bit bizarre to me. Anyone else super sore?

I did it for the first time last night and there are places that I actually like better than level 1. I completely agree though, that last circuit was killer because my arms were just dead!!

Yesterday was my day 10 and I weighed in and measured myself (also started level 2 a day early!). I have lost 1.5 pounds and 4.25 inches!! I couldn't believe it. The place where I lost the most was my arms, thighs, and on my hips alone I lost 1.25 inches. Keep with it, ladies, this is a great workout that really provides…

Day 5 done today, woohoo! Anyone else's knees bothering them? Mine started today. I had my husband double check my posture to make sure I was doing everything right and I am, so not sure why my knees are bothering me. :( Good luck everyone! I'm going for day 6 tomorrow - Sunday is my rest day.

I'm 5'2" and about 118/119 and feeling great. I'm trying to get to my pre-pregnancy weight of 115, but I'm much stronger and fit than I was before I had my son. You look great!

Day 4, done! I need to make sure to do it in the morning every day. Yesterday I spent most of the day convincing myself I didn't need it since I went to the gym - doing it first thing takes that out of the game! Feeling good and stronger. Still feel like dying during most of the strength exercises, but it's getting better…

Isn't it funny how each of us struggles with different parts of the workout? I have a hard time with the first and last strength circuits - they are killer for me. It is such a relief when we finally move on to jumping jacks! My thighs are getting ripped though, I can feel the burn constantly there, and my calves from all…

I did a spinning class this morning at my gym and now I don't want to do my Jillian workout! I'm not too sore anymore (today is day 3) but I just have no desire! I'm planning on doing spinning 2-3 times a week and walking on the treadmill the other days at the gym in addition to the 30DS.

Day 2 done - yowzers! The strength is the hardest part for me. Those arm and leg compound moves are torture! It is a huge relief to move on to the cardio and ab portions, which luckily are a breeze for me because I've been doing heavy cardio for the past few months. I am super sore from yesterday but happy to plow through…

I usually try to workout during my son's first nap of the day. When we go to the gym we'll go right after he wakes up from his first nap. I have a lot more energy earlier in the day and I'm more likely to get it done if I don't procrastinate!

Today is my day 1 and I'm about 8 hours post workout and I am sore!! I have been working out consistently (hard) 4 to 5 times a week and so I'm in pretty great shape - well, she sure showed me! The strength sections killed me a bit. It was a relief to move on to the cardio and ab circuits! I love knowing that I was working…

I finished the workout and it was a tough one! Those 3 minutes of strength are really killer - makes me love the cardio part! :)

I'm new to MFP and need friends, so everyone add me! I bought this Saturday and am starting today - excited to see some results! Good luck to everyone!

I'm Jackie and I just joined MFP last week. I have a 10 month old son and an awesome husband of almost 7 years. I'm looking to shed those last few pounds from my pregnancy and just generally tone up and be stronger. I'm blessed to be able to stay home with my son during the day. Before I had him I was a court stenographer.…

I went to a spinning class for the first time! 60 minutes and burned 550 calories, woohoo!
