Great post topic.... I had girls nite out on Friday...yup drinking and Mexican Food, not good right...So I was thinking ok I'll just get up and go to my 90min. Bikram's Yoga class at 9AM.......got in at 3AM...Now you guys know that aint happen I was hungover from Friday stayed in the bed all Saturday. Sunday was no good…

just when I think I got it BAM....I am so confused so do we eat back the calories you get from exercisig or not? and when you loose weight dont your calorie intake go up? So you should be adjusting it as the weight comes off.

Loosing 7lbs. and people noticing it. It's not a huge amonut of weight gone but if others can tell then this is a small success for me and I know I am on the right path and must continue to work hard!

Wow...my head hurts with all this starvation mode talk.... I say just do what works for you or have been working for you....this is what makes us different...what works for one doesn't work for another...simple and plain.
