I am 29 not an active runner and was also nervous about my first 5K i just ran last Sunday. i teared up as well during "all the boring stuff". Truely inspriational on all levels. as someone else mentioned, i noticed it too, with each progression shot the smile gets bigger which in turn made me smile!

*plain greek yogurt with 1/4 cup bear naked granola *banana and cheerios in plain coconut milk (not vanilla) *sometimes when really hungry ill do turkey slices with 1/4 slice of american cheese rolled up in lettuce iwth mustard (3 rolls) *2 hard boiled eggs & 2 slices of turkey bacon

Ok, so just let m eknow if i understand this correctly....i should still eat the recommended calores MFP suggests (1200) plus you suggested adding 500 calories to that (1700) then 2 times per week fast for 24 hr periods and then on top of that you usually give yourself one cheat day? i dont think i undetsand that correctly…
