Not quite a ready meal but I tend to get a frozen baked potato (Asda 191cal) and one of the tins of chicken tikka masala (I think it's 229 for half a can). I get proper lazy at lunch and can usually only grab a microwave at work for 5mins so it's ideal. Another ridiculously quick one for work is a kids tin of Heinz…

First of all- don't panic EVERYBODY goes food crazy every now and again. Anyone who says they don't is a liar, whether it be out of emotional eating (like you) or at a celebration (from just not paying attention to consumption), we ALL do it, we're human. Be proud that you can admit it. Most people will deny doing any…

Some might have missed the original posters point- she isn't implying they are overweight but they aren't the shape one would imagine of a top athlete. I think in some cases it has more to do with genetics and body shape. I'm a size 8 bottoms-12 tops and physically fit (I do obstacle racing, dancing and military style…

See I can't afford to buy new ones so I'm boning up on my sewing skiils and making all my mens t-shirts (I bought mens-yes) into cute fitted ladies ones and wearing my jeans with belts. I've ended up with a bit of an indie look from it.

I only snack when I need to get through to the next meal so usually 11am and for me anything under 150 kcals is a snack so not necessarily healthy but as long as it satisfies me at the time and gets me through to lunch at 1pm- that's all that matters. Usually Special K bars, really any cereal bar. But nothing beats a nice…

A coffee AT LEAST 40 mins before so you have time to get ready and go to the loo before the run! Honey ready brek with Nutella and a glass of orange juice. -Afterwards I make sure whatever I eat is a good source of protein, so something chickeny. Although when I've completed a race I head straight to the onsite burger van…

I was feeling the exact same today- I craved a Sprite after my work out- A large Sprite, it only took me over by 200 cals but I felt rubbish and thought heck- lets have a chocolate aswell. Rather than feel bad about it I feel GREAT. In my head it means that I'm not sooo obsessed with food in an unhealthy way. Tomorrow…
