You need to eat at least 800 to 1200 is what the Dr. told me. I wasn't hungry, so I wasn't even hitting 800 and wasn't loosing. You have to force yourself to eat. OH the cotton mouth!! holy cow, drinking water is NOT a problem on that stuff. Good luck!

I keep some fully cooked sausage links at work and carbmaster yogurt. The links take a whopping 30 seconds in the microwave and they're done.

I have to agree with the early theory too. As far as the breakfast question, I get the fully cooked sausage links, and Carbmaster yogurt from dillons/kroger, and 2 links and 1 yogurt is my breakfast most days. Fast and easy and keeps me satisfied till lunch usually.

OMG NO!!! No gaining everything back! That can't happen!!! I'm pretty sure it's water retention, but I will cut out carbs even more and watch my sodium intake a little closer just in case!

That could be why you are slowing down. I know if I add in a few too many carbs, I either gain or slow waaaaaay down. May want to cut those back and see if that helps speed things up. Naught little bread products. lol

My trainer at the Y told me to do pushups with your hands as close together as possible. Not easy, but not horrible either. He also showed me using a dumbell, hold it with both hands above your head, elbows right at the side of your face and lower the weight down and back up. Hope that helps. and good luck! Stupid…

I still see that in the mirror too! My hubby keeps telling me it's dissapearing, and after 68 pounds, I know it is, but I still see the fatty in the mirror! Good job to you!!
