  • I work out just so I can have more calories to eat...but I do really like working out, too. I find it nearly impossible to stick to the 1200 calories allowed. Maybe I need to get more creative with what I eat. I definitely say eat them - otherwise your metabolism will slow down to adjust to the lack of nutrients your body…
  • 5'1 1/4 - started around 138, currently 135...would ultimately like to be 130 or 125. As long as I'm toned and feel good, I'll be happy.
  • Thank you! Very helpful information, I'll gladly add some calories to my diet. :)

Question - for those that say go from 1200 to 1500 calories to get the…
  • I do. If I work out and eat right for a certain number of days, I get myself a new workout article of clothing. Just this weekend I ran to Kohl's and got 2 new tops and 2 new bottoms. It makes working on easier not having to put everything in the wash immediately, and I look forward to working out even more.
  • Great tips! I never knew why my feet went numb. :) I do go backwards and forwards, but I don't do intervals. Going to add those in today! Thanks. :)
  • I'm in the same boat! Luckily, the bathroom is near and people don't notice me going every t0 minutes. But don't try and hold it in for a long time- it weakens your bladder when you get older (per my doctor).
