BeginnerTriathlete.com is a great website. I did my first tri last year and I used that site alot. What kind of tri are you doing? I did a reverse mini tri. 3 mile run, 6 mile bike and 150 m swim. Good luck

HEre is a meal my wife and I love. 2lbs ground turkey, 1 medium onion, 1 can stewed tomatos( 2 if you like ), 1 large bell bepper, 1 or 2 medium squash or zucchini.
