I have the same problem. I forget during the day, and at night I chug like 5 water bottles. The other day someone recommended that I set an hourly alarm as a reminder to drink. Also, try to keep water bottles on hand or a reusable bottle that you can fill up than getting glasses from the fridge. :)

I used to be able to wake up at the crack of dawn and go jogging by on the pier and the ocean. Sooooo beautiful seeing the sun rise and sometimes seeing pods of dolphins traveling. Now I get my energy around 5pm-6pm, at least I get to see the sunset :)

I'm not sure if this answers your question, but a trainer once told me that whatever number is half of your body weight is the amount of ounces you should be drinking. So, if your 130, you'd need about 65 ounces. Hope that helps :)

I've found that when its that time of the month, it actually helps any cramping if I exercise, even if its a very long walk. Plus, it relieves bloating, at least for me it does. Anyway, good luck!

Well sugar is still sugar but at least its not all synthesized or processed. I would definetly recommend throwing in some veggies, while being a great source of fiber they seem to fill you up longer too. :)
