I agree with Yoga with Adrienne. Do her beginner video. She starts off easier and just remind yourself, you don’t have to do it all. I told myself I was done a half pound before what I had picked as my goal weight. I changed to maintenance and have started eating more. I haven’t planned anything. I’m trying to plan out maintenance and how to lose fat, gain muscle, and keep my weight the same. It’s so hard because in the old days celebrations were always centered on food. I might buy a really nice new outfit to celebrate instead
