Good afternoon to all. I used to be a member of WW with some success and began to use MFP to count Macros in April 2021. I had some success by losing about 12 lbs, but got discouraged and stopped tracking, resulting in a 6 lb weight gain. My goal is to keep my borderline blood glucose level from progressing along with a 25 lb weight loss, but I need support and a community. I promised myself I would commit to learn about all MFP premium has to offer in order help me reach my goals. Finding thread is exciting! It is my first step. Looking forward to learning from you all
