  • I LOVE doing this with my canned tuna: Add: 1 Tbsp of Low-Fat Mayo with Olive Oil Small handful of Sunflower Kernels (Unsalted) 1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard Mix it all together and eat with about 10 Sea Salt Pita Chips (Trader Joe's), eat it by itself OR eat on a piece of toasted multigrain bread. Great snack or meal! :)
