I'm so glad to read that other people use crocheting as a way to keep your hands busy, i.e. out of the snack bin, while watching TV. :) If only it WAS excercise! I'd be a size 6! ;)

I use: 0% Fage Greek Yogurt 1/2 c milk 3 packets of stevia ice LOTS OF SPINACH Blend and YUM! (Drink right away or the spinach gets really strong tasting.)

I would say as long as the mustard has not added sugar, you'd be fine to use it. I personally use hot mustard in my devilled eggs. Dijon mustard is fine on SBD Phase 1 too. It's mostly vinager.

As a graceless gorilla, I have to agree! I can't walk in heels very well. But WEDGES are AWESOME! They add height (I'm only 5'4" which means SHORT legs) and they do the same job as heels of making your calves look sexy.

Hahaha!! I have a rule that all of my shirts have to fall below the C-Section bulge.....hence no muffin top hanging out the bottom....eeeewwwwww!!! Got these awesome huge black wings...gonna pair them with a handkerchief hemmed short dress, purple striped tights and high heeled (but comfortable!!) black mary jane "witch" shoes. The dress fit me a couple of years ago and it's currently my GOAL dress. :)

I gained when my husband and I started dating....then we started going to the gym together....and riding bikes together. It was nice together time. It's good to be able to spend time together but not feel guilty about neglecting other parts of YOUR life.

Fit of clothes (non-stretch ones!!), measurments....then the scale. You know how we females are with water weight at all different times of the month!! I've found the scale to be discouraging at times...making it hard to stick to it. Clothes are the best judge. When those jeans get loose, get happy!
