I am setting goals of 185 miles and 425,000 steps for the month of November. I will also set goal of riding bike 5 miles.

I finished October with 186.3 miles and 419,041 steps. I met my goals for miles and steps. I didn't get to go on my bike in October due to hectic schedule and weather.

As of October 28, I walked 172 miles and 385,967 steps. I will be able to reach all of my goals this month except for biking. When I had time, the weather was rainy or when it was nice I was busy.
