I was 208 starting weight, I lost 7 lbs the first week and then it seemed to have slowed down to about 1-3 lbs a week, depends on how much I exercise and stay away from "bad" food choices. Make sure you drink your water and watch the sodium intake!

You can always for the FAT FREE cream cheese make your own graham cracker crust with margine and graham crackers and then use a low calorie Sugar Free Jam. Well personally I do it from the time I get up until I go to bed, which is pretty normal schedule. I wake about 6am and go to bed around 10pm. But you need to make sure you are recording everything you eat and drink in a 24 hr period. You can change the meals to actual times you eat. HTH, (hope that helps) Jennifer

Well you can always just pick one for today, tomorrow pick a different one and ect! That will break up the boredom of doing the same thing all the time. Plus you will get to work on all of the areas! :)

I also weigh in once a week, usually Sundays. I also try to measure every 2 wks as some times it's not actual weight lost, but inches!! Personally I love it when I see more inches gone then pounds, it's a huge boost to my self esteem. :)
