I was at 214 now I'm at 177 still have 57 pounds to go0

last year 290 or so, I started working out in march of 09' I worked out hard as hell never weighing myself for one whole year every other day then went to see my doc and boom! I only lost 10#
I gave up and hit 302, I seen my doc 11/30/10 and he told me about livestrong so I looked online for it and man I'm so glad they didn't have an app for android phones...lol I love it here! I already lost 18#

What are you doing to lose the weight? As of now all im doing is watching my intake. I actually weighed myself today and i was 5 lbs off when i started. So that is already a plus. I just really want to lose weight. But, i love to eat! I just have to watch how much i eat and of what. If you have any ideas please let me know.0

I was 285 1/1/2010 and as of 1/1/2011 i was 255, so only 30 lbs (would of been 40 but the last few months i put a few lbs back on).
I figure still pretty good
30 lbs in a year is better than not loosing anything or gaining 30 lbs.
I am down 63 lbs as of today...i have a long way to get there.0 -

Last year at this time I weighed 255 pounds. Today, I weigh between 133 and 134.5! From a size 22 to a size 4 in pants! :bigsmile:0

This time last year I was easily 205-208!! Now I'm 180lbs!0

i weighed 135 and now i weigh 123! almost too my goal but really am just kinda in a maintenance/losing weight slowly mode. with school starting again soon, i know it will take time to lose these last 3lbs.0

Last year I was 221# and this year I am 184#. I am on the downward slope! I have only 49# to go and 1/2 of that is excess skin.0

My starting weight in Feb. 2010 was 366. Now I'm down to 210 almost exactly a year later. Ive got 24 more pounds to go and I will have lost half my body weight! I only have 60 to go till I reach my goal weight!0
