We all have those moments.. so don't be too hard on yourself! Look at the great job and all the weight you've lost - you didn't do that by accident - you know what to do and how to be good - so just write today off and back at it tomorrow :-D

It's not so much about how much I've lost as such - more so that I don't understand how there can be no difference in the measurements with a very noticable difference visually... just thought I was getting my flat belly back and couldn't understand how it could say there was no change... :-)

Most definitely! I always have a 'hungry hippo' day if I don't get much sleep... and especially for carbs and sweet crap - just trying to find that quick burst of energy I think...

It really is possible... I read David Gillespies 'Sweet Poison' book 5mths ago - and decided to quit sugar. The only sugar I eat is in a piece of fruit. You can definitely lose weight without exercise - the only thing is that you won't be as toned or look and fit when you do lose the weight :-)

I did a weight loss consultant course through college and they say to exercise in a fasted state (first thing in the morning or 2-3 hrs after you last ate) and that way your body will burn fat.
