I travel a lot for work. I could use some travel buddies to help keep me on track. I gain most of my weight when I travel. Big dinners and too many drinks!!

I did Weight Watchers last year. Lost 30 pounds. Gained 18 back since June from summer vacations, work and holidays. I at 42, have two kids and travel a lot for work. I need to lose the weight I gained plus much much more! I am ready to get back on track. I could use some friends and motivation!!

I was looking for a little motivation to start the shred. I am leaving for Italy on June 2nd so I have exactly one month to get it done!! Yes, the weight lifitng is more of a circuit training type. I am working with a personnel trainer and she has my butt moving!! Does anyone know anything about logging workout seperately?
