Sigh I hate them, unfortunately the nerve damaged in my spine from car accident means there at time a necessity, the nerve thats damaged controls sphincter lower bowel and bladder, so unfortunately have to use fleet, I hate it! it's certainly not for fun or weightloss.

Hi I'm back on sbd I lost 15 kg in 2012 :) and maintained for I think 3 years anyway had a car accident and on the road to recovery but regained my 15 kg. Log everything, plan night before, prepare your food at wkends for the week. Eg I poach to chicken breasts on the wkends, have packed chicken for salads etc for the week easy.

I love natvia brand stevia I'm in Oz don't know if you can get it where you are, but I don't get any weird after taste, and works with baking too.

I do the same as dragonwolf, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, dash of vanilla essence, unsweetened cocoa, Stevia, and light squirty cream and cinnamon on top :) u can add a spoon of Pb, or chocolate protein powder
