I've never (and probably never will) used a public gym for a number of reasons. Instead I go for jogs/walks, do yoga, circuit training and Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. I've lost 20 pounds since January so I'm doing something right. Then again, I also cut A LOT of nasty food from my diet.

I'm on day 5 of level one and I haven't had any problems with my knees. I do have to admit that that move is my least favorite move to do so far. It doesn't bother my knees, just my shoulders. I'm starting 30DS today! I've already taken all my measurements and weighed myself. I just got to take a few 'before' pictures then I'll be ready! I'll also be trying to go for walks everyday to combat the soreness.

My goals this month are to increase my water intake. I drink only water or tea but I'm not thirsty often, so I sometimes dehydrate myself without even noticing. Being a bit of a germaphobe, and having a small zoo of pets, I clean my house on a daily basis. Sometimes to the point where I'm out of breath. So I usually log a few minutes of cleaning. And you'd be surprised at what can burn calories. I once read somewhere that cleaning your ears burns about 1.2 cal. Who knows if that's…

Like someone posted before me, if it's finally come back now that you've 'toned down', so to speak, with your fitness and calorie restrictions then I wouldn't be worried about it. Just try to keep things the way they are. Also, congratulations! It's great to hear that your body is getting back to normal.

Usually I wake up around 9AM and I eat within just a few moments. I always wake up really hungry since I eat very early dinners.

My boyfriend manages a gas station that has a Subway in it so every now and then we get a free lunch from his friends there. That and I have a sweet spot for their Turkey breast sub. I really don't eat there other than that though.

Usually I just let it go. If it's really over my limit however I'll be sure to do a couple extra minutes of exercise the next day.

Ah, okay. Yeah I can't really run at the moment since I've just started (that and my asthma likes to kick up) but I do sort of speed walk most of the time. I have also been doing planks daily and my arms have been feeling stronger.

Oh I have the same problem with my thighs. Even when I was really skinny they would either touch or almost touch. Like someone said before me, a lot of it has to do with genes. I'm short myself (5'5") and I have short legs and a narrow pelvis so I think no matter what they are going to be close to each other or touching.…

I personally think my sex life is amazing. I was lucky enough to find a guy that is not only a total sweetheart but also a blast between the sheets. Although I really want to get toned up so I can be just that more attractive to him, not that he's been complaining... :-D
