Goo work! Down to 144.2 as of last Friday... Been in Vegas since so may have gained since then. My goal is to maintain!!!

I will post along with you. SW: 156.5 LW: 144.8 CW:144.8 GW: 130 No loss this week--however, I had three events last week--a client marketing event, a birthday party and an anniversary dinner--so I am thrilled that I maintained, as was expecting a gain!

No loss for me this week but I have maintained-still at 147.4. I have found that in the past my body likes to stay at this weight--I have also been weigth training, so maybe I have been losing fat but gaining muscle? Crossing my fingers for a loss next week!!
