My 501 cal burn was 3 miles at a 12 minute mile pace. I know MFP is not calibrated for my weight, neither is my treadmill, but I didn't realize it would be that different. I have been recording the lower MFP number instead of my HRM to be "Safe" but that is probably wrong too.:sad:

I just posted the same question.....I am getting 501 cal burned on my HRM but MFP says 345. I am 5'6 154 lbs and 41 years old....

I bought my sportline for 40 at D**** Sporting goods( won't let me type the name...). I have used it for about a month and it works fine for me. Not too many bells and whistles but has a chest strap and tracks calories burned....

Good for you!!!!! I am struggling with the same "belly flap" from 4 c-sections. Remember why you lost this weight in the first place!! I would buy something that you will be really excited to wear this spring/summer and use that for motivation!!!! Good Luck I can't wait to see the results!!!!!!
