I probably wouldn't reply. Or, if I did, I would state that they made their choice long ago to treat you in a way that a friend shouldn't and you do not need or want their friendship. Something that is just matter of fact, without heavy emotions or rudeness. Take the high road

I had horrible PMS and was upset the last two days, so I didn't eat much (it was weird - I was hungry, but just didn't want to eat). Out of curiosity, I weighed myself (I typically only weigh in once a week, max) and was three pounds down. The scale hasn't moved for a month until now and I'm not going to lie, it felt…

Feel free to add me as a friend. I'm always looking for more people who are active MFP users

Agreed! A friend that I used to work with complained about gaining weight over the 3 weeks she was trying out Insanity. She weighed herself every day, and wasn't tracking her food. She said she was "so hungry from the exercise" that she couldn't help but eat extra. Well no kidding she gained some weight! Although that…

Yes, I forgot about the leash around the waist! My mom does that as well - works wonderfully!

Lots and lots of frustrating runs, and eventually you'll train him to run beside you. I'd recommend a haltie (goes around the snout and neck). I tried a harness on a dog before, and it didn't do *kitten*. I find the haltie is far more effective for control and keeping the dog back. Keep his leash VERY short so he isn't…

I went from a 36B down maybe a 32B. I don't have much left up there, but it's totally worth it for the way the rest of my bod looks (plus despite getting smaller, they got perkier!). Also, my boyfriend could care less. Boobs are boobs.

Feel free to add me as a friend :) And incorporate exercise right away - at least just go for a walk! :D

Three cheers for this response!

Same issue here, so I know how you feel! Definitive weight loss in the arms, legs, face, heck even shoulders..but the tummy fat likes to hang around! Just keep it up and eventually we will get rid of it :)

I've dropped around 40 pounds in 6 months and I get this kind of stuff constantly. Sometimes it's mildly annoying, but when I get a comment like "You're fading away" I respond with "that's the goal! Soon I'll be gone completely". I also get a few people giving me advice that I dont' ask for, which is funny since obviously…

Feel free to add me. I provide encouragement regularly, and love getting it back! :)

May 2013 - Sept 2013, so approximately 4-5 months. Shirt was form fitting in May - now it's too big! (I was actually a little disappointed yesterday when I put it on because I like it! But I suppose the weight loss makes it worthwhile  )

Something is wrong with your picture. I'd put it on photobucket again and retry.

Well done. Also, daaaaaaamn! ;)

I'm in Edmonton as well..anybody can feel free to add me :)

Happy I could be motivation for you! It IS pretty crazy how losing some weight can change the way you look....the confidence probably doesn't hurt that either!

I'd like to join!

Me too! My mom bought this dress (below) from an antique store, and I think it suits me quite nicely, but probably would look a bit out of place if I put it on for work or going out on the town!!

Thanks for the support and kind words everyone! It feels really nice. And I think you are right, I do look younger. Amazing how that happens!

Mmm poutine. Let's not talk about snow right now, okay? We have at least one month until it hits.. :( (Not a Maritimer, but a fellow Canadian nonetheless). :)

Recovery week is an awesome break before the intensity of month 2. Like the previous poster said, you're gonna get pounded. It gets seriously harder.

I was really happy to read that you redid it! This might help: I've 30 Day Shred twice over the last 1.5 years. I did Insanity recently (almost the entire program and finished in May). So, by no means am I new to this interval fitness world. BUT, I tried to restart Insanity last week, got 25 minutes in to the Plyo Cardio…

In May I NEARLY finished Insanity (9 days from finishing, but went on holidays and never got back in to it). I am now restarting, and on Day 3 today! After a few weeks I found I was often feeling sick in the morning, and really hungry at night. I wasn't feeding myself properly (and probably not enough!). So, if you are…

I really hope you mean 1900.

I'm also at 1200 per day (plus the calories gained from exercise, of course). I'll tell you what I ate today, to give you some ideas (I'm a creature of habit so this is pretty typical for me): ~Breakfast rarely over 300 calories: *Smoothie (homemade: banana, plain/greek yogurt, frozen fruit, juice, milk) - around 240…

POUTINE IS AMAZING. Fries, cheese curds and gravy is the basic poutine. It's a Canadian thing.

This made my day.

I actually don't even own a scale at home! I'm not even sure how much I weigh, to be honest :S. Good advice for someone who tracks it though, thanks anyway :)
