  • Great job for getting through the class. My trainer had me do it for 10 minutes, and i was cursing the damn bike by the time i was done. I don't think i could do that for a whole class. I hopeshe doesn't make me do it again anytime soon. Great job, and the first time is the hardest, so next time it will be a little easier.
  • I was looking into HRM for about a month now and did A LOT of research of them. The polar F6 seems to be the best buy but i just couldn't get over the price $110 in most places. I found one on e-bay for $99 with free shipping (New not used) and got it last week. I have to say I really like it and I am glad i bought it. I…
  • Yes you can drink too much water and it can be fatal in extreme cases, it is called water poisining. It varies from person to person and also depends on your activites and food intake.
  • Wow great job everyone. I am down 1 pound this week start 236 now 235
  • Okay i know this seems to be a hot topic, and there are different view points but i am just looking for a little guidance. I have not been able to find exactly what i am looking for, so if there is someplace to look this up please let me know. I am allowed 1540 calories on my daily intake, so since i am not at 1200 should…
  • Ditto:smile:  CHECK WITH THE DR. FIRST- As was in my case they start you off at a lower heart rate to make sure you are okay to move higher and there are no problems that arrive. You can cause a lot of problems if you are not used to a higher heart rate.
  • I know exactly how you feel, I think water is so gross. I was addicted to Sprite for years, but last year i gave it up and switched to Crystal light. Then i was addicted to Crystal light, which they say isn't great either. Sooooo now i am just trying to drink plain water. The colder it is the better, so I have a 24oz…

  • I know what you mean, weekends are my downfall too and i always weighed 2 lbs more on Monday's. THat is exactly why i changed my weigh in day to Monday. It makes me work all that much harder on the weekends to make sure i have a good weigh in on Monday. It holds me accountable on the weekends and makes me work hard for…
  • I love that show, but they never have anything healthy it is all fried stuff. The good news i am too lazy to try and make some of it or get some of it.

  • Good job on your progress too. It is such a good feeling to look for those smaller numbers. Thanks for all the kind words everyone.
  • The reason i started to loose weight was because my size 22 pants were too tight on me. Well, I can't believe it, but i was able to buy size 18 pants today. They are the exact same pants (same brand, same pant) just smaller. I am so happy and the next goal is size 16 out of the plus size section. I can't wait. I don't…
  • Thank you so much everyone. I went on line and looked at the guitless grilled chicken platter for dinner. I already logged it in my calories so no backing away from it now. I am not even going to look at the menu tonight.
  • Okay for those of us who are pretty new to this, WE NEED YOU FC, just as you are!!!! I love your posts and I get some much from them. Almost all of us know how it feels to be on the receiving end of those nasty comments, but please don't let them scare you off. As you can see you have helped so many of us on our journey's…
  • Okay i am going out to dinner at Chili's Bar and grill tonight. What can i eat to keep from blowing my hard work this week? I love the steak fajitas, but probably not the best to get.
  • If it is not too late i would like to join too. My starting weight is 237 and i am doing the water challenge. I hate plain water and so that is my new goal. This is great, thanks for starting it.:drinker:

  • Sorry guys this is a question for the ladies out there. How do you get paste the cravings during that time of the month?:explode: I am loosing it here and i don't want to undo all my hard work, but i just can't help it. I have tried drinking water to fill me up, and i really am not hungry but i really want that chocolate.
  • You don't want the pills either you have to take 10 pills every hour for 6 hours, trust me after the second batch you are gagging on those too. It was absolutly horrible, i was wishing for the liquid.
  • I love my trainer, she is showing me all kinds of stuff i would never have done on my own. I have only had 2 sessions with her so far, but obviously it is working. I could not have afforded this normally but the gym just had a an open house, and the price was greatly reduced, so i thought for the cost i am spending on…
