Suicide by food. It is sad, and I feel I should be sympathetic but I just can't. Instead I'll save my sympathy for those who are trying (even if they are failing) to lose weigh, exercise and be healthy.

I would love to have a body like that but I'd never be willing to work that hard. So, unless the Bikini Body Fairy is coming to my house, I'll need to set a different goal. And be happy with it when I achieve it. :)

It isn't really "trying it again" if you try something new or in a different way. You just have to find what works for you. Whatever you are doing, the tools here can help. I weigh myself everyday but it only counts on Monday. If it doesn't drop everyday, that is ok. These things take time and I am in it for the long haul. If it goes up a tad in one day, it reminds me to try harder. It also forces me to think critically about what it did or didn't do in the past few days. So it helps me stay…
