  • So I checked my stats this morning and I got credit for my full workout. Only problem is I am a little worried about my sleep cal/min. The range was 1 - 1.5 I was averaging 1.2 most the night. So do I calculate by the 1 or the 1.2? If the 1 than I am below my BMR if the 1.2 than I am about 200 above my BMR. Thanks.

  • First off you look great. I can definitely see the changes. Second, I agree pictures are the way to go. I couldn't really see the changes in me until I took pictures. Which baffled me because my measurements haven't been doing much. Though clothes are fitting me better. Recomposition Rocks!!!
