  • Make sure you are drinking TONS of water because the fiber with just cause you to be more constipated without any water to help flush it...hope this helps...

  • Thank you so much for the feedback...I do have weights all the way up to 15pd and am thinking about investing in a kettleball. I am going to add some more calories to my intake and see what happens. Ya'll are the best :smile:
  • You can do it..think...it is only 30 seconds....you will be ok :) That is what gets me through on the tough parts.

  • I considered doing that to...but something I have found that helps me is that I have picture in picture on my tv...so I am 30DS on one side and netflix on the other...I love it!!!

  • Yesterday did level 2 day 2...I am taking today off and will start up again tomorrow...I think it is good to have a rest day every 7-10 days.

  • Just complete my day 8 of 30DS but tried level 2 today but I felt I needed to mix it up and wow....more intense but nice to change the moves...I will see how sore I am tomorrow and see if I feel like level 1 or 2...I figured as long as I do 30 day of shred period that it does not matter which workout I do....bring on day 9.
