Tried Level 3....
I did level 3 for exercise yesterday and wow...that routine is 'no joke but highly effective'... :) I really think that is were the 30ds name comes from...I do not really care for level 2 and I still have a couple of days to do in that level so I may make those level 1 days when I need a switch from the level 3...

How are you feeling today and where are you in the program?
Just completed day 3 of level 1 and feel better today than yesterday. I feel less sore but it has moved to my arms. I am noticing that I already have higher endurance...the first day I was using 2pd weights and today I did all the weight exercises with 5 pd except for the lateral side squat things...those are tough!!! Did not do 30DS today but instead did 30 mins of running/walking on the treadmill...I am not seeing the visual result that I first did in level 1 but I think doing a couple of cardio session a week might help. I will pick 30DS back up tomorrow..so far I have not taken a day off in almost 2 weeks and don't feel like doing…

Completed day 5 level 2 and my arms are getting big....I am moving down to 2pd weights...I don't want to get bulky. Also I am hungry and thirsty ALL the time...anyone else notice this? I have exercised before by doing running for 45+ mins at a time and have experienced nothing like this....this program truly is amazing.
