wow....1st congrats on making a plan to work out while on vacation 2nd WTG on making it to the top....from the photos it looks like it was intense but worth every step. If i ever go to Hawaii i will be sure to try that out. Thanks for sharing.

I am a shoe *kitten*.....lol....i love all my heals....and i am itching to get a new pair for spring but refuse until i hit my goal. Practice around the house (wear them even if your not doing anything) to get used to them if you really want to wear them.

it may be alot now.....he we calm down once he knows you love him to (IF YOU DO). Having him is way better than one that wont do any of those things at all. Heck i am guilty of a 2 or 3 of those....yes i will admit i tell my man i miss him when he isnt around.....hes great company...Life seems a little boring with out him.

if you were to lose 2.5 lbs a week you would lose 20 lbs in two months....i dont think its that bad if you have a lot of weight to lose....but eventually your body will decrease the amount able to lose a week the smaller you get.

i think you are overdoing it.....try cutting one of the workouts out and see how you feel. i also suggest upping your net cal from 1200 to around 1500 or higher if you are going to do both workouts. You are tired because a net of 1200 is to low when you are working out so hard.

Im 25years old and weigh 251lbs. I've recently upped my calories from 1200-1400 to 1500-1800 cals. The first week i gained but as of today i saw a huge decrease in my weight (losing about 3lbs in 3 days) i dont know how that happened but i am glad.
