Fat Burning Baking E-Book
This e-book starts off with the one wonderful word BROWNIES. I Love brownies they are like cake with no icing, I don’t care for icing so that makes brownies appealing to me.
This E-book introduced me to an all-natural, antioxidant-rich, gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free brownies that are packed with protein, fiber and healthy fats.
The phrase “Fat loss isn’t about deprivation. And staying trim isn’t about having good genes. It’s about hormonally programming your body to burn fat.†That phrase was just what I needed to hear to believe that changing what I was cooking with could change how my body reacted to food. Being a plus size girl my entire life made this seem impossible at first but I continued reading to see if this could work for me.
There were three mantras used to begin the journey to burning fat.
1. Stop the Blood Sugar Spike
2. Power Up your Fat Burning with Protein
3. Feast on Fat
Now to start my fat burning baking they suggested looking further into 5 categories of baking ingredients.
1. Healthy Flours
2. Beans
3. Low Glycemic Sweeteners
4. Agave
5. Healthy Baking Fats
Some of the suggested replacements for ordinary baking ingredients were unknown to me; such as almond or coconut flour, using black beans in chocolate cakes and brownies. Who knew coconuts could be so useful it even comes in oil form. Another surprise to me was that Erythritol is considered the “almost sugar†by health experts and pastry chefs alike, and that erythritol is a “sugar alcohol†with no calories and a glycemic index of zero. Being a sugar addict I felt like this would be the secret to my own success.
Reading this E-book had me eager to find recipes using some of these healthier alternatives. Luckily the writers of this E-book have books for Guilt-Free Desserts, Better Breads, and Awesome Appetizers, which makes searching for recipes so much easier. I figured I would just buy them instead of spending hours online or in book stores looking for cookbooks with these kinds of recipes.
I can’t wait to share my new recipes with my family and friends.

sounds like it works for weight loss simply because it's lower in calories.
there are no fat burning foods. the only way to burn fat is to eat at a deficit and exercise0 -
This is along the same lines as Kat James. It's disappointing though. They didn't share not even one recipe so it sounds like a commercial more than anything.0
