I've done low carb off and on many times. Most recently I was low carb for approximately5 months and lost 25 lbs. Recently I jumped on keto a few weeks ago once I realized my fitness pal would calculate the macros for me. Currently my weight loss is at 32 lbs. I have 30-40 left to go.

I have a weight watchers fast food favorite recipe book that has a whole section on Chinese food favorites. I love the spicy orange chicken.

I always have both sites up.

I rinsed them once and used the chili sauce on them with my stir fry. I had to try them a couple times and different ways before I found a way that I liked them. They stink when you first open them. The ones that I buy are on the shelf and don't need to be kept in the fridge until you open them.

I've also used spaghetti squash for my spaghetti and it's a decent substitute. I cook mine in the microwave and it only takes 10-15 minutes depending on the size.

I like them. The ones I get are 6 calories per serving. I use them with my stir fry. They are called shirataki noodles. They are normally in the Asian food section or you can get them at an Asian food store. You can also order them online. Here is one website that carries them. This is the brand that I use.…

BMI does not differentiate between muscle and fat. You can be overweight according to it yet be all muscle. Body fat percentage is a better measurement for someone who has a lot of muscle.

I have a 10 year old, anorexic, jumping bean, granny girl, black lab mix rescue with OCD. I love her greatly! She rarely barks (except when put her up and she feels left out), loves to "hug" (pushes her head into my side or between me and the couch), and LOVES to run. Poor girl I am too slow for her. I had a chihuahua a…

I pretty much wear one all the time, underwire or sports bra. I sleep on my stomach and it is not comfortable to have one going in this direction and the other fighting to go the other way. Plus I can not stand to have them touching my skin when I'm sitting (they don't sag just don't like that feeling). As far as wearing a…

I've just put it under dancing.

Mine is exactly the same. He is 6'4" and weighs less than me at 5'1.5". I secretly was pleased when he started gaining a few pounds the other month because of having to eat like crap all the time while on a trip for a class. I wanted to say ha ha that's what you get but I'm not that mean, lol.

You choose to go into the handicapped bathroom stall vs the regular because you're not sure you can straddle the toilet far enough to get the door shut past your *kitten*.

Dang it, was trying to post a perfect pic that I found on facebook but can't get it to copy right and couldn't just delete the comment.

Gee I wonder which posts this is referring too. I think I saw you on that one about gym stereotypes. Oh, I am just so offended. I have the right to freedom of speech and the right to not be offended. I am appalled.

Oh my horrors I know a lot of these well. My addition, when your waist measurement almost matches your height. =( Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Nutrition Facts For Foods

5' 1.5 and am going for 110-120. I was almost 135 a few years ago and was still feeling really big (I wish I was that "fat" again seeing I have 100+ to go now).

Pick when you want to start your food diary and just count the 24 hours. It doesn't matter when you start it just as long as you are consistent with it. I prefer to start counting in the evening when I'm hungriest so I don't go over as easily than starting in the morning.

It's the average deficit for the week that matters. But that means more often than not deficits for daily.

I have 100+ to lose.

Dancing, walking the mall, walking the park, hiking, bike riding, etc. I am desperate to get back on my bike and hiking so I can have more quality time with my hubby. I love doing those things with him and then I can splurge on a smoothie or something afterwards!

I'm also proud to say that both of my girls, now 9 and 6, are both a healthy weight, often make wise food choices, try to help me make better choices, and beg to go to exercise! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Nutrition Facts For Foods

I have both used my kids as an excuse to exercise and to not exercise. It's about priorities. I have to remind myself what I tell my patients caretakers (I'm a PT assistant in long term and sub acute care). If you don't take care of yourself where will the two (or more) of you be??? It's also about perspective and putting…

With the new system the points don't equate to approximate calories anymore because it takes into account what kind of food it is as in carbs and protein counts. It used to be about 50 calories per point up to about 5 or 6 points but not anymore.

I liked WW and found it a bit easier than looking at calories, fat, carbs, and protein separate but am doing this now because of cost. On here I'm a little leery of the calories burned counts on the exercise. With ww I liked the meetings and the support they provided. I found that even when I was struggling people there…

I'm an almost 33 yo mother of two and I have over a 100 to lose. I had lost almost 60 after my 2nd daughter but then gained over 80 because of various reasons. I'm in the process of getting qualified for bariatric surgery (I've been obese or morbidly obese since I was 8) but know I have to do some on my own and get my…
