A lot of people log it under General Circuit Training. When i did it, I just created a new exercise and used the calories burned from my heart rate monitor. Hope this helps.

I'm on week 1, Day 3 - replaced my 3lbs weights with 5lbs and got a better workout. I am sore but pushed through it. I supplement the workouts with treadmill/elliptical and Zumba.

I usually make a protein shake in the morning. Something on the go and you can drink it in the car on the way to work. I also pack my lunch as much as possible. We have a cafeteria down stairs and if i go down there, I tend to go for anything fried.

I usually wear my hair in a ponytail or pulled back with a clip. If I'm at home, I just wrap it.

Hello! I'm doing Jilian Michaels 30 Day Shred along with 2 fitness classes (Zumba and/or Aerobic Weight Training). On the days that I dont do classes, I also get on the elliptical. I also try to drink lots of water and watch my sodium levels. I tend to always go over! 12 pounds gone so far:smile:

I created my own but a lot of people log it as circuit training. I use a heart rate monitor and average calories burned is 225 calories but it all depends on your level of effort.

Yesterday was Level 2 of the 30 DS along with 45 minutes on the elliptical. This morning was day 1 of Level 3 (30 DS) and 15 minutes on the elliptical. This evening is Aerobic Weight Training class at the gym for an hour.

Last Week I burned 700 calories at the gym and my 8 year old says...Mom you just burned off a box of those Mike & Ike candies you use to eat.
