I am in pain myself. I have not actually started exercising because I make excuses. I start and go nope that hurts. Tomorrow is the day. I think any day I start again at this weight it is going to hurt. No more excuses. Something is better than nothing. Also, the Above Conversation is not beneficial to anybody!

Thats what I have done as well. 17 lbs since the first without trying much. I have no use for food without sugar. So there I am having to force myself to eat here and there.

Thanks. Lol. I have never tried yoga ever. Lol. Did you use a mat or anything? That soreness is the reason why I dont workout. I have energy. I run a daycare and chase 6 little ones all day long. Do you have the name of the DVD for overweight people?

The more muscle you have the easier to lose weight. If your fixated on the scale, start measuring body parts. You wont lose as much if your gaining muscle because muscle weighs more than fat. You should always do weights with weight loss. It helps reduce excess skin so you do not have the sagging skin.

It is when you first start. That way they can teach you how to use the quipment properly and teach you correct formation of exercises. After that you will be good alone. If you need them as motivation, pay for a friend or find a stranger near you and pay for their membership. Thats usually cheaper.

If your weighing your food portions so you positive on calories a day. Measure your body parts and keep track that way. Perhaps your losing inches. Do you feel it in your clothes?

Sounds more like its your food choices. Get a scale and weigh your food and calorie count for a week. I bet the difference will be seen.

Do not pay for all that. Restrict what you eat and move more. Start by products. Sodas first. Then move to sugars once a week, then twice, etc. until your not eating them anymore. If the scale is not enough you are not ready. Make small changes until you are: Reduce liquid calorie intake: soda, sweet teas etc. Move to: Remove Sugar foods after 5pm. Remove sugar foods 2 times a week Then 3,4,5 etc. Reduce carb intake. Step by step. I prefer STOP ALL OF IT NOW method. Shawnda

I am the same way. I had to keep reducing my calorie intake until I started dropping weight. Mine is 1300 calories daily, which means to lose I have to eat under that. I feel the same way, Dropped almost 30 lbs now and I have 90 left still. I think march is my month to start movement more. I do little zumba wii, maybe 10-15 mins here and there, not even at once. I walk here and there. nothing too much, but i know I will get there. You will also get there too.

You should start measuring too! Thats what i do, to make sure i measure the same spot i used a perm marker where the strap should be, just small lines on each side. Im just obsessed!

I just got zumba for the wii! 5 minutes makes my calves burn! I do 5 min increments three times currently, there is not way i could do a class yet. Maybe in a few weeks. Good luck it is fun, my only complaint is everyone is always in and out of the room watching me and id rather be alone.

I just did 15 mins on Zumba for Wii, it killed my calves, i felt the burn quick! Hopefully i can get up to 45 minutes a day quickly.

That study was based on people who go to bed at 8pm or 9 pm, i cant remember. Its supposed to be 3 hours before bedtime. Ive done both it matters to me, i dont eat after 7pm. I drink still.

If your in the usa, go to www.freecycle.org, its just ppl advertising stuff they give away, nice stuff too. And u can post want your looking for, you have to fill out to become accepted but its free. I love it!

Ive never tried it, if i get used to actually doing it ill try it at a gym. Currently i am self conscience and dont like being around ppl. I bought workout pants that fit right lol. So i have no excuses!
