If you are extra hungry another day this week eat a little more. It'll even out. I average calories by the week instead of day for this reason.

Since you don't have much to lose trying to lose 1 or 2 lbs a week isn't highly likely once you lose water weight. And all losing depends on the person. I hold 'em for balance. I can run normally but for some reason as soon as I step on a treadmill or elliptical I have no sense of balance.

I make extra when I cook dinners and heat them up in the microwave for lunch. Or have soup. Tons of recipes online and they're cheap, healthy, and fillng, depending what you make.

This person is right, you know. You didn't gain all that weight eating 1500 calories a day, that'd be impossible, except maybe if you laid in a comatose state all day. Icecream or peanut butter or chocolate are great for upping calories. :drinker:

You are probably safe eating back about 60% of your workout calories until you get an HRM.
