One of the top reasons I don't like going to gyms.

Slow and steady win the race. :flowerforyou: I won't lose anything for a month at a time and then suddenly drop a few lbs. It's kind of a pain at times, I eventually just quit weighing myself regularly so I wouldn't get disappointed to see no weight changes. I only weigh myself once or twice a month now.

I'm no expert especially when it comes to PCOS or under-active thyroid but this looks like a pretty balanced diet to me. Are you going to eat back your exercise calories? Also I just finished the 30DS, very effective. I didn't lose much weight but a lot of inches instead. It got a little boring some days but since the…

2 cups spinach, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup frozen berries, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 T PB2/

I go by what I am in the mood for. Sometimes I want a daily treat, sometimes I would rather have an extra bowl of soup or serving of veggies than something sweet. As long as it fits in your calorie goals, it isn't going to hinder your weight loss. And from the sounds of it your small daily treat keeps you satisfied, which…

Eat peanut butter and icecream. :drinker:

Money, bath stuff from Lush, homemade bath stuff from my super talented mom, dark chocolate espresso bean bar, shoes, coffee, a shirt, pizza stone, lotion, Hello Kitty ring, and infinity scarf... For some reason, my family does this thing where they do a gift exchange, and then give all the girls gifts too. I'm lucky to be…

She's 5'9" and weighs like 110 lbs. Can not gain weight no matter what she does, even after having two kids. Her sister is the same height, and weighs less. I'd say it's unfair, but frankly, I wouldn't want to be that skinny.

I know someone that eats an entire package of oreos a day and doesn't gain a pound. Her metabolism must be off the wall high because she also eats normal meals.

I wouldn't worry so much about goal weight but maybe start some strength training and cardio. I just finished the 30 Day Shred (Jilliam Michael's) and it really helped me tone up, Ripped in 30 is next!

But there's no eggs in the eggnog!!!!!!! Hmm... I have unsweetened almond milk, maple flavored almond butter, and all the spices... Hmm...

They say weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise.

Welllll I have before and after pictures, but I can't share them from my phone. Boo.

I make a smoothie using 1-2 cups almond milk, a large handful of spinach, 1/2 frozen banana, 1/2-1 cup frozen berries. 1 T PB2 powder, and either a T of flax or chia seeds. Pretty delish, and you can barely taste the spinach.

I enter the ingredients individually.

Love Ruby Tuesday's salad bar, they have so much stuff!!! My favorite salad, no matter how many times I eat it, is romaine lettuce, garbanzo beans (chick peas), cucumbers, and feta with Good Seasonings italian dressing (made with olive oil and extra vinegar. Sometimes I add olives and/or grilled chicken. It's sooo delish.

Just for today I will say no to that chocolate that doesn't fit in my macros.

:noway: Just another gimmicky diet trying to make money. What matters is calories, not when you eat them...

I take better care of myself, which in turn makes me feel sexier. And I wear my cute clothes again.

Also just saw you posted the same topic twice, sorry for the same answer twice!

http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/tdee-calculator.html Using the above TDEE calculator, both you and your sister's TDEE is around 1500, if you are sedentary. Since I seriously doubt both of you do nothing but sit on the couch all day, both of you should be eating more to maintain.

http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/tdee-calculator.html I put her info into the above TDEE calculator, and even if she's sedentary (very few people are) her maintenance is about 1500. Edit: It's 1500 if she's sedentary, (same for you, and I doubt either of you do nothing but sit on the couch all day), if you are even a…

Losing one pound a week isn't bad, it's actually pretty good. I'm guessing you don't have a lot to lose considering you are at 129 now? When I first started losing I lost fast and steady for the first while and now I tend to hold onto weight for a couple weeks and then drop 3-4 lbs suddenly, I think that's pretty normal.…

Same here. I've only tried the regular kind, but the chocolate sounds amazing.

I love it in my oatmeal or smoothies for breakfast. It's not peanut butter but it's an acceptable substitute.

If you like to cook, prep meals ahead of time. That way instead of pizza you can just put something in the microwave or oven, and it's ready to go. I do this a lot, if I didn't, I'd probably give into temptation because I have half a dozen pizza places within a couple miles from my house.

I've been on it for about 4 years, I think. Haven't had a TOM for three, initially did gain weight but that was due to going from a very active job to a desk job, not because of the shot. I weigh less now than when I started the shot. I know a few people that gained on it, but from my POV they used the shot and the doctor…
