Have a look at Jeff Galloway’s Run/Walk method. Jeff is an experienced runner and coach and loads of folks have had great success with his method. Hi all, I'm almost 44 and it's definitely become harder to keep the lbs off but not impossible. I've always been a cardio queen but have started strength training two months ago and looking forwards to seeing better results.

Insanity Max30 - Max out Power today. This is week 5, day 2. Strange workout, struggled to get my heart rate up as I cannot do the plyo pushups (and there are tons of variations of them!) so calorie burn seemed low compared to month 1. Still felt really tough though, even modifying the pushups. Hoping the plyo push ups…

Yes, I've done Insanity, and Hammer and Chisel. Loved them both. Just started Insanity Max30 as I like Shaun T's workouts. I've got PiYo but could not get into it, really must try and commit to it! I would like to try Body Beast too. I like the variety BB gives you.

I don't enjoy the Cardio Recovery days either @cardertaxidermy. It just doesn't hold my attention and I don't like 'body balance' stuff, although I keep telling myself it's good for my core.
