Just started this morning. I know it's not a Monday but I didn't want to wait any longer. I just completed the fit test.... 1. Switch kicks - 65 2. Power jacks - 46 3. Power knees - 83 4. Power jumps - 34 5. Globe jumps - 7 6. Suicide jumps - 13 7. Push up jacks - 28 8. Low plank oblique - 60
