The scale can be so frustrating and inaccurate as far as success is concerned. Pull out that measuring tape and put it to good use. Congrats on completing the 30DS, I wish I could stay motivated enough to finish all 30 days! :)

I just can't shake the feeling that Merle's up to something or he's going to let the group down in some way. Am I the only one ready to see Mr. Big Talk and his kid from Tyreese's group get a big reality check? Those two have annoyed me from the get-go.

I just switched from the MFP allotted calories to TDEE minus 20% a few weeks ago and gained approximately 2lbs. I went from 1300 cals to about 1500 so figured that would be the case initially. I started TDEE minus 20% this week too and when I weighed in today it showed a 4lb increase just from last Sunday. I started around 1500 and then MFP lowered it with every 10 lbs lost until I was down to 1290. I just switched back to 1500 because I was losing while significantly going over anyway so might as well make it official.
