Thank you for this answer. I am 5'8 and 145 and very thin frame. At 135 I look almost anorexic. I am 40 and weighed 125 in middle school. But this makes sense about the smaller you are the deficit doesn't need to be that great.

I too work at the desk all day and it's a struggle. I have started bringing tons of low cal (100 or less) snacks, like air popped popcorn, fresh fruit (berries), I drink Green Tea, and then also will bring celery, hummus, etc....I also try to incorporate big protein at lunch to keep me full longer, and then of course my…

I agree! I just turned 40 and want to be more fit!!! I was so motivated the first part of the year, then several deaths in the family derailed me and ready to get back on track! 40 is fabulous!!!
