I agree, INSANE! My husband and I are on day 4! He has completed it before, I haven't. As one of my friends here said to me- Just keep pushing play!!!! We CAN get through this!

I love Zumba!!! Started out with the DVDs and then moved on to class at my gym. We have an awesome energetic instructor! I mean HIGH powered classes! I usually burn 800- 1100 calories per hour per my HRM. I leave the class soaked in sweat, but I have so much FUN!!!!!!!

Finished day 12 today ( day2 level2 ). Level 2 is tough! All the plank moves are killer! But I got through it better today than yesterday. Gonna keep on pushing through it! Keep going ladies, we can do this!!!

According to my HRM I was burning 400 and some odd calories on level 1. I'm on level 2 now. First day -375 and today 495. I think I used way more energy today and kept up with the workout better. I'm going with my HRM for calories burn, I always do.

Day 9 completed! One more day of level 1 and then on to level 2! We're doing it guys, keep going strong and this 30 days will be done before we know it!

Just finished day 6! I'm kinda loving this challenge! I just really want the accomplishment of getting through the whole thing. One day at a time- I can do this! We all can do this! KEEP GOING GUYS!!!!!!

Finished day 5! It was tough to get motivated today because I was really tired. I'm glad I made myself just get up and do it. I've been doing so well, I didn't want to give in to my fatigue. I have been a weekend cheater lately myself! I'm going to work on doing a better job on the weekends!

From your home page, click on goals. Reset your goals to show your current weight and your goal weight as the same. and click on maintain current weight where it ask how many pounds per week you want to lose. This will automatically change your daily calorie amount for you when you submit those new goals.

I added PER HRM to the database, so you can use that and just write in what exercises you did in the comments block. Hope this helps you! You change the amount of time you worked out and the calories burned in the appropriate boxes. That's how I log all of my exercise.
