I do some most mornings and evenings, but it is very time conusming, so I don't always have time to open everyone's diaries every…

I love cottage cheese  I eat it lots of ways. Ryvita cracker topped with cottage cheese and pickled beetroot. Wrapped up in a lettuce leaf. Put in the stalk area of celery sticks. With a salad. With a baked potato. straight out of the pot! I never add anything to it.

Personnaly, I think it's fine to maintain at this time of year, as you say, so much about this time of year is about food. I think it's great to do the exercise. You will feel better for it, increase your metabolism, and earn more food…

Hi everyone, I lost another 3 lbs this week yay!!! I achieved my nutritional goal this week of being under my cals goal every day. Having completed c25k, I did my first interval run tonight. Hi I'm 50 at the end of December and I've just finished the running programme c25k. I have never been a runner, or done any regular exercise, so if I can do it anyone can!! It's a great programme, easing you into running gradually. I used the "get running" app which I found very helpful. Now I really love to run and I do…

I can totally relate, and evenings are my worst time as well. I don't really know why I do it, but I am finding now I log all my food, even bad days, I don't eat as much on a bad day as I used to,. Hope you find the same:)
-
I disagree., If you eat fresh food that is in season where you live, it will be fresh, local, and good value. Also if you have a little outside space it's easy to grow a little of your own veg as well.

Congratulations, that's great!! I've on week 8 of c25k. It's a brilliant programme. I'd not done any regular exercise before this, I'm nearly 50 and have never done any running before, except under duress at school! Now I really look forward to my runs and am starting to feel like a runner! If I can do it, anyone can!

My nsv is that after never having been to a gym before, I went, enjoyed it, went 5 days last week (I was on hols), burnt more than 5000 cals on exercise during the week, then joined the gym!!
