Not bad enough to say don't get one, it hurts too much. Mine (above my ankle) hurt only a little bit. Just make it personal/special. Both my daughters have multiple ones, they don't seem to mind.

It always seems hardest to lose a small amount of weight. I expect a lot of your first 7 lbs was fluid, the rest will come off gradually as you become more active and watch what you eat. Good luck.

I have officially maintained for 3 years this month. I still weigh every day, and start logging again to gain control when I start to gain. I don't count calories except for when logging. But I still stay aware of what I eat (portions etc). MFP is a great tool to maintain your health. Good luck!

Lots of things apply. Have you had kids? If so how many? How much did you lose? Lots?? I say keep exercising and give it a year. If it doesn't there is always lipo and tummy tucks. At my age - there will always be a little flab there - not going to spring for lipo or tuck. I earned my granny roll LOL:happy:

Don,t have a picture, but just received one. It has a quote from Sitting Bull on it. - Let us put our minds together and see what life we can make for our children. I love it. However I have several 'left handed ones' that are pretty cool. Obviously I am a lefty. ;)
