Max 30 is great and I love it. You stop when you absolutely need to and they have a modifier available. I burn over 300 calories each day ( I use a HRM) and use the modifier if I need to.

Day 3 of Insanity Max 30 here. Who all is doing the eating plan as well? Thinking of starting the either the Insanity eating plan or 21 day fix next week but continuing to do the Insanity Max 30 workouts!

He weighs about 120 more than me that's why I was concerned about the amount of calories he was eating being as it is only 600 calories more than what MFP puts us at w/out including workouts

I do eat back my calories from running 3 miles a day. Its just what MFP sets me at. I apologize if this seems to be an issue. Well it depends on your height and bone mass. I would go to a BMI calculator to see if you are at a healthy weight, then decide from there :) HTH

I have a dumb question too. I just recently started linking my fitbit and fitness pal together and its telling me I can eat additional calories. Do you guys do this? And if so are you still noticing weight loss?
