It really does make sense and its change for the best. I feel loads better, even when i hadn't lost much i felt healthier because i was eating bit better and exercising. all the best

The 1200 cals is already around 500 cals less that it should be. So if you eat all your exercise calories then you're still at a 500 defecit, if you're following.

I'd use charity shops if I were you. Just while you're still loosing it anyway.

I found out mine was different on the wooden floor and the rug. Which one is right? Or should I not worry about which is right but just use the same place each time.

Do you mean if you eat too much one day can you exercise more the next day or more during the week to make up for it? I dont know the answer but i'd like to.

There are loads of topics on this subject already. You have a deficit of 500 already and if you dont eat them your body goes into starvation mode and holds onto them so you dont loose anything. If you use the search you should get the answer in more deatil

My brother has cerebral palsy and the doctors advised my parents not to let him have fizzy drinks. This was 19 years ago.

Just remember the reasons why you want to loose some weight. Small changes make big differences and you can do anything if you try hard enough and not get distracted :heart:

Try measuring youself instead. Like whats said above it could be muscle thats making you think you're not loosing fat.

I find that if I exercise for 30mins a day I have enough calories that I can eat. Im loosing it, slowly. Not what they say I should be loosing per month but anything is better than nothing so im not moaning.

Yes do. The calorie intake for the day is lower that it should be. Mine is 1200 calories a day, it has a deficit of 500 calories so even if I dont exercise I should loose weight because its set a 500 less anyway. There was a thread that explained it really well, i'll try and find it.

I do it a few times a day and take an average cos my weight changes queit a lot during the day
