first i was wondering wether white pasta is bad for you?

also i was wondering if anyone had any good ideas on some healthy ways to keep myself full as this is often a problem as after my evening meal i get hungry before bed and this is when i fail the most and just go for the junk

    Your first question:

The national pasta association (I didn't know this existed) says this:

    http://www.ilovepasta.org/nutrition.html

    Second:

Depends on your activity level. I plan a before a bed snack into my routine as it makes getting up to work out easier. I intentionally buy things for this purpose. Maybe sliced turkey as it is high in protein to aid in muscle repair while you sleep and the triptafan works to relax the muscles (what makes us sleeping after Thanksgiving). I also get Skinny Cow mini's. Only 50calories for a little snack. As a special treat I get the reeses 100 calorie pack, but they have a lot of sugar.

    Hope this helps.
  • I dont have this problem but is drinking water supposed to help?

I find that eating my meals slower helps me feel full at the end of the meal. Ya know, take your time and savor the flavor (sorry for the rhyme).
