As far as what I am eating, I try to eat what I want but take away the unnecessary carbs. From all I have read low carb is the way to go. I myself try to stay between 75 -100 and have a cheat meal here and there. I am not losing weight quickly but I know doing low carb would be a struggle and I would end up bingeing on foods I denied myself. Good Luck

I always wonder what us shorties are eating calorie wise. I do 1400 regardless if I exercise. I was thinking it would be more rewarding if I went down to 1200 and ate my exercise calls back. I'm a mess right now and can't seem to stay on track....

For the watch or the main piece? The watch one was easily replaceable and found at Walmart or the like. For the main piece I had to go to a battery shop to find it. If there's a batteries plus near you they will have it. And I totally understand how you feel.

It's doable but so extremely hard....especially during the holiday season. I have yet to do my follow-up, with my Dr., from my PCOS diagnosis and I'm almost positive she will recommend I see a nutritionist...sigh... I say take baby steps and I agree with Alliwan about the crockpot.
