If you burn more than 534 calories during a workout, you must eat the extra calories to get back to your BMR of 1434. IE if you burn 600 calories, you will eat an additional 66 calories to get to your BMR of 1434.

  • THe quicker you loose weight, the more of a chance you have to gain it back. Have you run your BMR and TDEE yet? That is something you should do, and NEVER eat below your BMR. You are robbing your body of the nutrients it needs to survive and be healthy. Don't think of this as a diet, think of it as a lifestyle change.
