  • Cool thanks! It's fat that I'm generally over with - but looking at my diary that's mainly because of the meat I buy and occasionally have an oil on my salads! I read up on here and I'm not afraid to go over on protein or fats! I'm going to try and buy leaner meat, which will leave more room for nuts and oils and things.

  • Tuck jumps, power jumps - i hate them all! I can't keep up with the class! But I do them, and just at a smaller pace - and really focus on my breathing!

  • Oh no!! Now I'm really worried... Pure cardio and cardio abs kicked my bum today! I did them completely back to back without a break but I got through it! Then did a walk round Berlin. I called it 5 hours on mfp but it's probs more like 6 or 6.5. Anyway my feet and legs are knackered - so I'm off to have a curry :)
