I am also a sahm, so feel free to ad me. i started the 30 day shred back in January. i did two rounds of it (but over a 4 month period / basically used it every other day) i lost 4 inches in my waist with it, which is what i was looking for. i am trying to get the motivation to do it for 30 days straight.

definitely keep working with the mirilax. we were terrified when my 4 year old went through this last year. we did half a capful everyday for months. it helped so much, and she is so much happier now. we also found that apples and apple juice helped.

i started january 1 at 195 and have lost 14 pounds. i have not lost a single pound for the last 3 weeks, but i am hanging in there. i can definitely see and feel a difference though, which helps keep me motivated.
