I've been on Dukan for one month. I've seen 16lbs lost but the loss in inches and clothing size is substantial. There is a Dukan support site, where you can sign up for coaching, and a facebook group, but the key is the book. I go back to it frequently. I'm on day 14. I did 10 days of attack and I'm down 8.5 lbs and inches have come off. I'm seeing definition in my jaw line, and noticed the muscle tone in the calves as well. I've been looking into CLA - it apparently helps to rid belly fat after steady use for a month or so. I don't think it's a maguc cure but it's supposed to help.

I just finished Eat, Pray, Love. I avoided the movie to get the book first. I use it intermittatly with sugar and sweetner (depending on where I am) I have a box at home and work, as well as their french vanilla version, which is awesome for that fix. It's a different flavour but I like it. I found it at CO-OP and have seen it at Shoppers Drug mart.

This site is addicting. It's an easy tracking program, it's got resources and friends, and it's a personal challenge to stay under calorie goal every day, I hope you find it as helpful as I have so far. The best part is how easy they've made it for us. Good Luck
